My name is Chantel Landeros. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, business owner, wife, and mom. I built a private practice that supports so many people in our community, and I genuinely love the work I do. But I also understand firsthand how overwhelming it can be to carry the weight of a business while trying to show up fully in every other part of your life.
When we reach the point of exhaustion, it becomes difficult to see clearly. Everything starts to feel heavy. The business, relationships, routines, decisions — all of it.
That’s where I come in.
My goal is to help you slow down long enough to understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll look at your business, your mindset, your relationships, your routines, and the areas of your life that may be silently asking for attention.
We’ll identify what’s working, what’s no longer sustainable, and create a plan that allows you to grow without losing yourself in the process.
You don’t have to wait until everything falls apart to make a change.
The Options

This is a 30 minute consultation. We are going to figure out what you are looking for and what package is going to be the right fit for you!

60 minute weekly session to help get your spark back!

Half day (3 hours). We are going to start to dig deeper, get a plan and get some balance back. You carve out the time to take care of you and figure out where the burn-out is coming from.

One day to reset what is going on. In the 6 hours we are going to dive deep into what is going on and figure out how you dig yourself out of the hole you have yourself in mentally or emotionally.
You have to start somewhere, let’s get something scheduled.
Recognizing that you have built something amazing and there is something missing is hard. Scheduling is the first step to the change you need.
